What Maho's Health Hub offers

From her previous professional dance career, Maho has a wide knowledge of yoga, pilates, and many other exercise techniques. Alongside her massage practice she has formulated classes that use exercise physiology to loosen the joints, releasing tension in fascia as well as muscles through simple movements and exercises alongside active stretches and strengthening of the core and muscles.
No previous experience needed.

Maho will assess your case and your situation, previous injuries and lifestyle, tailoring your strengthening exercises and stretches to achieve a better performance, gain a better range of movement and prevent further injuries.
Working at your own pace, she will guide and help you through the exercises.
Private sessions are perfect for those:

During the pandemic, many workers have operated from home in less than ideal conditions leading to strain on their bodies and minds. This has been exacerbated by a general decrease in activity and exercise. Maho's Health Hub offers tailored sessions to boost the morale and well being of your staff. These can be simple chair based exercises or more dynamic whole body work.
Maho can deliver your corporate class on site in your workplace, private outdoor space or local park,
or online using Zoom or your preferred platform.
